Weekly Small Group Personal Training In Perth
We run a weekly small group personal training session to build strength and fitness. The goal is to make you fit & strong, not sore!
The session is capped at 10 participants, ensuring you get personalised attention and technique instruction. We’ll ensure you’re pushed - but not injured or made excessively sore. This undermines enjoyment and consistency - which matter A LOT for your long term progress.
The 50-60 minute session includes a mixture of cardio and strength training in a a variety of different formats
Everyone is welcome! And because of the small group size, we can cater for people just getting started AND more experienced participants.
Fun and interesting workouts; zero-injury culture.
