We help midlife and older adults improve their health, strength and fitness through personal training.
You’re in safe hands with us. Especially if you need support with a condition like Osteoporosis, Chronic Back Pain, Osteoarthritis or Diabetes. You guys have been mistreated by the fitness industry for too long. Not with us!
We love to support distance runners to improve their performance and lower their injury risk through targeted strength training (in addition to technique assessments and running coaching).
We’re passionate about running, and understand what it takes to make progress as a recreational athlete.

What sets us apart is our intelligent approach to training and the unique skillset of our Head Coach, Tim Karajas.
We are focussed on intelligent training: exercise which doesn’t leave you sore, injured, excessively fatigued or demotivated.
It is an intensity which can be sustained over the long term and facilitates progress.
Some trainers view making you extremely sore as a badge of honour. Not so with us! That kind of mindset is silly and counterproductive. We will push you to progress but never break you.
About Tim.
Head Coach Tim Karajas studied Physiotherapy (1997-2000) and then worked in that field (2001-5) before venturing into Personal Training (2020-present).
He brings a unique knowledge-base and skill-set to his work as a Personal Trainer and Running Coach.

What areas do we service?
Most of our clients access our personal training services in the inner city (Perth, Highgate, Leederville, Maylands, Mt Lawley, North Perth, Wembley, Subiaco) inner northern Perth (Mt Hawthorn, Osborne Park), and the north-eastern suburbs (Bayswater, Bassendean, Guildford, Ashfield).
