About The Running Technique Workshop
This workshop is designed to help you understand the fundamentals of good running technique and how to implement that knowledge in your own running.
Here’s what we cover:
1/ Fundamentals of good running form
2/ Analyse your own issues (running issues that is…)
3/ Learn conscious strategies to improve your technique
4/ Learn sub-conscious strategies and tools to develop good form (drills, hill sprints, “wickets”, strides, plyometrics and other exercises)

This workshop helps you understand the “why” and “how” of strength training:
1/ WHY strength training matters for your health and longevity
2/ WHY strength training can help you move better and feel better
3/ WHY strength training supports good weight management and prevents issues like metabolic syndrome/prediabetes, obesity, osteoporosis and osteopenia.
4/ HOW to know what matters about strength training (amid a relentless firehouse of info on the internet)
5/ HOW to implement a sensible resistance training routine and keep making progress
6/ HOW to do a range of exercises which work the major muscle groups and human movement patterns
7/ HOW to execute a strength training program week-in, week-out (including information on sets and reps).
