We’d love to help! We will support you to take charge of your health and wellbeing so that you can approach this stage of your life with confidence and optimism.

It is well known that exercise, and especially resistance/strength training, is immensely significant in improving health outcomes and quality of life as we age. Appropriate physical training increases muscle mass and bone density, supports mental health and wellbeing, reduces the risk of lifestyle disease and several cancers, helps to prevent injury from falls, improves endocrine (hormonal) function, and enables you to keep doing the things you enjoy for longer. Regular exercise also helps to regulate appetite and maintain a healthy weight.

We can work with you whatever your current level of fitness - whether you are struggling with the physical demands of everyday life, recovering from injury, living with chronic illness or disability, or have always been fit and active and are just looking to adapt your training as you age.

With a background in Physiotherapy (BSc Physio 2001) and abundant experience providing personal training services to older adults, Head Coach Tim Karajas is well positioned to help.

We pride ourselves on treating all of our clients with the utmost respect, and providing training that is enjoyable and sustainable - for every age. With Extension Fitness, you will be in safe hands.

Gym-based, home-based or outdoor training is available.

What areas do we service?

Most of our clients access our personal training services in the inner city (Perth, Highgate, Leederville, Maylands, Mt Lawley, North Perth, Wembley, Jolimont, Subiaco) inner northern suburbs (Mt Hawthorn, Osborne Park), and the north-eastern suburbs (Bayswater, Bassendean, Guildford, Ashfield).
